Dr. Earle has served the High Desert community since 2003, opening Shiloh Medical Center in 2005. She is committed to providing competent and compassionate medical care to ensure the best outcomes for all her patients.

Jenoa Holmes
PA-C

Jenoa Holmes has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. She aims to deliver competent healthcare that addresses the entire patient, the importance of incorporating lifestyle changes, and the most up-to-date medical recommendations.

Judith Lewis
FNP-C

Judith Lewis, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She has been working in the healthcare field since 2013 primarily in critical care and family practice. She believes in holistic preventative care that puts the patient first.

Alvenia Murry
FNP-C

Alvenia Murry is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience. She aims to offer comprehensive patient care working with diverse populations, and developing strong relationships through empathetic communication.
