Our Story
Shiloh Medical Center was founded in 2005 by Dr. Charmaine Earle to create a quality family practice clinic where people of all ages are welcome. Dr. Earle has served the High Desert community since 2003 and has developed strong patient relationships over the years. She and her team at Shiloh Medical Center have been voted “Best of the Desert” 4 times.
Our Team
Referral Department – Facilitates authorizations needed for the approval of patient services.
Pharmacy Representative – Manages patient prescriptions.
Patient Health Assurance Team – Responsible for facilitating and assuring all the measures and needs concerning patient health.
Senior Advocate: Valerie Avila – Educates and assists senior patients with resources and services available to them with special consideration of the unique needs of our senior patients.
Front Staff – Serves patients by greeting them, helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
Recall Coordinator – Responsible for contacting patients and scheduling appointments.
